一、純鋅鍍層鋼板零件表面發(fā)黑的類(lèi)型

1、 Types of blackening on the surface of pure zinc coated steel plate

表面發(fā)黑常見(jiàn)的有兩種類(lèi)型:臟污類(lèi)(附著于鍍層表面的異物)和加工類(lèi)(加工過(guò)程中造成鍍層表面特性變化),當(dāng)然在實(shí)際案例中這兩種類(lèi)型可能是同時(shí)存在的。

加工類(lèi)的黑斑產(chǎn)生原因有很多,鍍鋅層表面因?yàn)槟Σ翆?dǎo)致粗糙度被改變,或摩擦導(dǎo)致鋅粉堆積或熱鍍鋅鍍層氧化(受鍍層成分影響)等,都可能形成黑斑形貌。
