　　聚苯乙烯泡沫板又名泡沫板、EPS板是由含有揮發(fā)性液體發(fā)泡劑的可發(fā)性聚苯乙烯珠粒，經(jīng)加熱預(yù)發(fā)后在模具中加熱成型的白色物體，其有微細(xì)閉孔的結(jié)構(gòu)特點，主要用于建筑墻體，屋面保溫，復(fù)合板保溫，冷庫、空調(diào)、車輛、船舶的保溫隔熱，地板采暖，裝潢雕刻等用途非常廣泛。

Polystyrene foam board, also known as foam board and EPS board, is a white object made of expandable polystyrene beads containing volatile liquid foaming agent, which is heated and formed in the mold after pre heating. It has the structural characteristics of micro closed holes, and is mainly used for building walls, roof insulation, composite board insulation, heat insulation of refrigerators, air conditioners, vehicles, ships, floor heating, decoration and carving.

　　二、聚苯乙烯泡沫板使用效果

2、 Effect of polystyrene foam board

　　1.對建筑物主體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行保護，延長建筑物壽命。由于外保溫是將保溫層置于結(jié)構(gòu)外側(cè)，降低了由于溫度變化導(dǎo)致的結(jié)構(gòu)變形產(chǎn)生的壓力，并減少空氣中有害物質(zhì)和紫外線對結(jié)構(gòu)的侵蝕。

1. Protect the main structure of the building and extend its lifespan. Due to the external insulation, the insulation layer is placed on the outer side of the structure, reducing the pressure caused by structural deformation due to temperature changes, and reducing the erosion of harmful substances and ultraviolet rays in the air on the structure.

　　2.有效消除“熱橋”以往采用內(nèi)保溫，“熱橋”是難以避免的，而外墻保溫有效地防止熱橋的產(chǎn)生，避免結(jié)露。

　　3.使墻體潮溫情況得到改善，一般內(nèi)保溫需設(shè)隔汽層，而采用外保溫保溫材料的透溫性能遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)強于主體結(jié)構(gòu)，在墻體內(nèi)部一般不會發(fā)生冷凝現(xiàn)象，結(jié)構(gòu)層的整個墻身溫度提高了進(jìn)一步增強了墻體的保溫性能。

3. 　　4.有利于室溫保持穩(wěn)定，采用外墻外保溫，由于墻體蓄熱能力較大的結(jié)構(gòu)層在墻體內(nèi)側(cè)，有利于室溫保持穩(wěn)定。
